100% Kona Private Reserve Constellation Roast Honey Process
Estate Grown Specialty Coffee -> 100% Kona Constellation Roast- HONEY Process
Our 100% Kona Constellation Roast is a delicate combination of our farm’s exclusive 100% Kona Private Reserve beans. By mixing all our roasts levels, the result is a delicate and delicious “Constellation” of flavor notes, all softly balanced and integrated, which produces a rich, gourmet brew, making this product one of our top sellers.
We named it “Constellation” in resemblance of the group of stars that form the Canis Major (The Greater Dog) constellation, where the Sirius star, also known as Dog Star, is located. This is the star from which we had the inspiration of naming our coffee “Aloha Star”, since it is the brightest star that can be seen from Hawaii almost year-round.

As a single-Estate farm, we manage every step of the production cycle, from planting, harvesting and processing; to roasting, packaging and shipping. The “magic wand” to obtain the great, fantastic flavor of our beans? Lots of care, love, and quality control in our processes.
After being roasted, our coffee (either whole beans or ground) is packed in foil bags designed specifically to store coffee, with solid sides (to avoid damage of the beans due to the light) and with a one way degassing valve. The valve has a double purpose: allow the release of gases and prevent the oxygen to get in, helping to preserve the freshness, quality, and flavor that allows our customers to experience and enjoy the great flavor of our coffee, in each bag.
Whole coffee beans last longer than ground coffee. We recommend you store your coffee in a sealed container, at room temperature, away from light.
FAQ: How much coffee can I brew with 1LB (16 OZ) of coffee beans?
